Beef and pork carcasses which are usually demonstrated in front of numerous cafes and shops in Asia don’t shock me anymore. I’m used to it. But in places where I really see how living beings are butchered I don’t want to eat them. I’m not that strict vegetarian but if I see something like this… please, no meat! It’s horrible to see (and even think and read about!) a pig which is processed. Ears, noses were thrown separately, legs were put in a large metal bowl, the other pig’s parts were prepared for immediate lunch cooking. Two hungry clients were sitting nearby, with chopsticks in their hands. They were impatiently waiting for their food.
I decided to show the meat processing in China. As an example I made a photos of chicken processing. I think it would be enough. Look at the pictures.
